THANK-YOU VOLUNTEERS!!

Our 2018-2019 Ministry Season is starting to wind down for the summer. 

Youth's final event was on Friday, May 24th, and Friday Night Plans is officially done until September!  Thanks again to Tracy, Sabrina and Landon for a great year!  We are thankful for all of your hard work, and for everything you do for our youth year to year!  In a time where we hear of other 'small church' youth programs ending due to lack of volunteers, we are extremely grateful that you all work so hard to keep our program going and growing!  We can't wait to see what next year brings!

Ladies Morning Out will be wrapping up with a Potluck on Thursday, June 20th.  Meetings until then will either be at a local park or playground, or at the church.  So please check FACEBOOK for details weekly to see where they will be meeting.  Thank-you to Donita and Kelsey for everything you do to plan our Thursday mornings, and to Roxie for making the coffee and taking on clean-up each week...we appreciate you!

Kid Zone will be holding their annual Wrap-UP Party on Sunday, June 23rd during the service.  If the weather is nice, come prepared to play outside!  The kids always enjoy this time as the classes join together to play games, have a snack, and celebrate a great year together!  We appreciate all of our teachers and Kid Zone and Nursery volunteers!  Without you we would not be able to provide these programs for our children, and show them the LOVE of God!

Our Small Groups are also starting to wind down for the year.  Thank-you to our hosts and leaders of our groups!  If you are not already a part of one, and would like to join, please contact us and we can get you set up with one for the fall.

Another thing to note, is that our Volunteer Appreciation BBQ that we generally have in June is being moved to September!  Our Elder's provide this event for us each year, and they have chosen to use it as a time to kick-off our next Ministry Season in September!  Stayed tuned for details in the fall!

We are planning to try a summer potluck this year as well!  Details will be in the bulletin in the weeks to come!!  Thanks to Trinidy and Cindy for taking on the organization of this as always! 

And finally, THANKS to ALL of our Ministry Leaders who take on the task of organizing all of our volunteers and programs!  You plan programs, find volunteers, make schedules, and help us to run everything smoothly.  Without your dedication, it would be a struggle to provide all of our programs and ministries for the community.
